Delivery & Returns

Orders are delivered via Australia Post and Couriers. Tracking numbers are provided to the customer at time of shipment. 

Little Plant Co recommends express postage of all plants to ensure to quickest mode of transit and to decrease the longevity of plants in packaging. If standard shipping is selected by the customer it is at their own risk.

Little Plant Co posts all express orders of plants on Monday and Tuesday. All standard post parcels including plants will also only be posted on Monday and Tuesdays. We do not post plants beyond these days of the week to ensure plants are not stuck in transit or warehouses over the weekend which could result in damage to the plant.

Little Plant Co may pack plants bare rooted without nursery pots to ensure safe and cost effective travel for our customers.

Little Plant Co will not take responsibility for third parties that do not follow customer delivery instructions. Little Plant Co will not be held liable for any damage (or deteriorating conditions) caused to your plant if it spends a prolonged period awaiting collection from a post office.

Little Plant Co will not take responsibility if incorrect delivery details are supplied. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the correct contact and delivery details are supplied. If you need to change your delivery details please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change them before delivery. 

Care is taken to ensure your order arrives to you just as it left our location. Little Plant Co will not be held responsible for items damaged during transit.
Little Plant Co will not be held responsible for parcels that have been stolen or damaged after being delivered to customers or at post office.

Any deterioration or damage of plants due excess travels times caused by Australia Post or couriers is not the responsibility of Little Plant Co. Should a parcel in transit go missing or arrival is delayed excessively, Little Plant Co will follow the third party organisational policies of refund if they are available. We are guided by Australia Post and our couriers terms of business and are unable to accept responsibility or damaged or loss of plants.

Customers will be notified of tracking information, postal service and can view estimated delivery times once their order has been posted. Shipping costs are calculated at the check out.

Little Plant Co currently ships plants within NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC, and SA. We are unable to ship plants to WA, TAS, NT or internationally.

For those living in SA, all online orders can be collected free of charge from 16 Ebenezer Place, Adelaide. Collection is required within 5 days of purchase. Should you require additional collection time please contact us at to organise this.


All sales are final. Under Australian Consumer Law we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for items damaged during transit. If you believe your product/s were damaged during transit a claim can be made through Australia Post for reimbursement. Little Plant Co will assist you through this process, but does not guarantee a successful outcome.

Little Plant Co will not be held responsible for the health of plants that enter your care in good condition.
